Nest is Elevated off the ground bringing several advantages - beautiful views and maximize air circulation. One unit is complete with bedroom, bathroom, dining, kitchenette, and outdoor balcony/terrace.

The Interior size starts from 36 sqm to 150 sqm and Terrace/Balcony starts from 12 sqm to 100 sqm.

Make it Yours, Anywhere.

In addition to keeping costs low, there is a practical reason for making modular structures, particularly here in the Philippines - an archipelago of more than 7,641 islands. Modular structures can be modified and set up in a short time frame and can be easily built. Nest can be built on uniquely-shaped sites with steep terrain, coastal or challenging sites.

 

Small Footprint. Big Impact.

Many developments in the Philippines use high quantities of concrete, which destroys the environment. We wanted to challenge the status quo and create an architectural product that leaves behind a minimal footprint. Following the principles of a circular economy, modular homes reuse and recycle products and materials for as long as possible, eliminating potential waste pollution and ensuring that all environments are restored to their initial state. 

Sustainable features of our structures include large roof overhangs to reduce solar heat gain, rainwater harvesting, cross-ventilation, and energy-generating solar panels. It is also envisaged that food could be grown underneath our elevated structures.

Uniquely Built to Last.

At the moment, Nest currently uses a steel framework for increased durability and longevity, but we have dreams to become increasingly environmentally responsible when it comes to materials and design. For example, we are now researching how to replace our steel components with engineered wood, or Engineered Bamboo.

 

The Story of NEST.

In 2017, architect and entrepreneur Paolo Grijalvo began exploring an architecture that could evolve over time. Using steel, glass and wood, Agila House was born—an adaptable structure that eventually became the home of Agila Group.

When the world changed in 2020, so did the way we lived and worked. Agila House evolved from a workplace into a personal retreat—a space to breathe, create and reconnect. From this experience came NEST: Architecture that Adapts, Nurtures and Inspires.

NEST rethinks the conventional building process through modular architecture—designed with greater control over time, quality and construction, without compromising architectural character or experience.

Designed and made in the Philippines, each NEST combines Filipino craftsmanship, engineered durability and thoughtful design, adapting to different landscapes, climates and ways of living.

What began as an experiment in adaptable architecture has become a platform for something larger: Filipino architecture designed to travel.
